Our Classes

Barre

This group class is a fusion of dance, pilates, and yoga. It incorporates a ballet bar, small weights, and isolated movements to tone the whole body. In 45 minutes, you will  burn calories, build strength, and create lean muscles. 

Reformer

In this class, you will get a full body workout and build strength by pushing and pulling with your arms and legs against the resistance of the springs, carriage, and your body weight. 

The reformer accommodates a full range of motion, which is great for increasing flexibility while also building strength. 

Mat Pilates

In this class, you will utilizes lateral breathing to strengthen your core and create supportive movement while improving flexibility, range of motion, and posture. Each week builds on the foundation and movements from the previous week.

Strength Class

Challenge your body in our strength training classes.  We will provide you will all the basic equipment that you need (free weights, resistance bands, TRX straps, bosu balls) to build a stronger, healthier you. All levels are welcome. 

Yoga

In this class, you will create a union of breath, movement, and meditation to unite the mind, body, and spirit while improving posture, balance, and coordination.
