This group class is a fusion of dance, pilates, and yoga. It incorporates a ballet bar, small weights, and isolated movements to tone the whole body. In 45 minutes, you will burn calories, build strength, and create lean muscles.
This Gentle Reformer class is set at a slower pace with a focus on gentle strength building, while elongating the body to aid in working out aches and pains. Do you have arthritis, back aches, or prefer slow, effective stretches? This is the class for you!
In this class, you will utilizes lateral breathing to strengthen your core and create supportive movement while improving flexibility, range of motion, and posture. Each week builds on the foundation and movements from the previous week.
Training that is based on YOU and your individual needs. Dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, jump rope, bosu, slam balls, and TRX and just some of the equipment that can be utilized to help you reach your goals.
Small group training is also available.
Private sessions are perfect for providing an individualized approach. The focus is on you, your goals, and the steps needed to get you there. Private sessions can be completed individually or as a duet team.
Sessions utilize various pilates equipment including, but not limited to, the pilates reformer, cadillac, and chair. You will develop a better understanding of your body and how it works for you. We will strive to build a balanced musculature that will translate to fewer injuries and a stronger, confident body.
In this class, you will get a full body workout and build strength by pushing and pulling with your arms and legs against the resistance of the springs, carriage, and your body weight.
The reformer accommodates a full range of motion, which is great for increasing flexibility while also building strength.
Join us with a few of your friends or colleagues to help each other stay motivated. This opportunity provides a more affordable, individualized workout.
